We are a well known industry brand of stock service clothing. Established in 1989, we are part of Fashion Biz Limited family of brands. We supply apparel for the promotional and uniform industry.
Do you sell direct?
No. We are strictly wholesale to trade and supply via our reputable distributor network.
Where can I find your product?
You can find our Fashion Biz range through most Uniform, Workwear, or Teamwear providers, as well as approved screenprinters and embroiderers.
Where are you located?
We have several warehouse distribution facilities in Australia, NZ, Canada and South Africa. Our garments are available locally to you via our qualified distributor network.
Do you have a Return Policy?
Yes. We accept returns in original condition and packaging up to 30 days. Please speak to your Fashion Biz distributor for more details.
What is your sizing like?
Fashion Biz is considered mainstream retail sizing with styles geared towards fitting multiple body shapes and age groups. A lot of work goes into developing our garments so they fit just right for the majority of people. Our stock service range has one of the most comprehensive size ranges available for men, women and children’s clothing in the industry. We strive to make the task of fitting groups of people a ‘non-issue’.
Do you have matching men and ladies or kids clothing?
Yes! In fact this is one of our key strengths and we are renowned for our coordinated stock service range.
How can you assure the quality of your garments?
We go to great measures to ensure we deliver garments that will perform to your expectations.
- Our fully equipped in-house testing lab works around the clock to ensure our garments meet international standards for pilling, colourfastness, durability, shrinkage, fade resistance, seam slippage, and all manner of general wear and tear.
- We use international, independant testing houses that conduct 3rd party factory inspections as well as additional or specialised fabric tests.
- We employ our own team of on the ground factory inspectors to ensure we can inspect different parts of the production process as much as possible.
- We have long term relationships with our manufacturing factories and work together to help improve their facilities and reach our quality expectations before, during and after manufacture.
Are your garments produced ethically?
At Fashion Biz there is an underlying and long standing commitment to ethical trading based upon the belief that business can be both profitable and responsible. We only work with approved factories that hold a no child labour policy and can provide safe healthy workplace conditions. We insist on no forced labour, regular work with paid living wages, non excessive work hours, no discrimination and no harsh or inhumane treatment. We are also committed to operating in a way that is mindful of the demand on our planets limited resources. We have incorporated the use of renewable energy sources into our operations and reduced the levels of product packaging. Fashion Biz also recycles and uses biodegradable materials whenever possible.
